Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda is a renowned university that was established in the year 2007 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the Nalgonda district of present-day Telangana. Earlier known as the Nalgonda University, the institute was renamed Mahatma Gandhi University in 2008 by the then Government of Andhra Pradesh. The institute is presently offering various courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
