BMS College of Engineering Admission

Candidates interested in applying for different programs should obtain an application form from the official website and mail it to BMS Educational Trust, Bull Temple Road, Bangalore. The college welcomes candidates who have achieved valid scores on their respective entrance exams. Candidates may also apply for management quota admission. Foreign citizens, PIOs, and children of Indian employees in Gulf countries have a 15% supernumerary quota at the institution.

BMS College of Engineering accepts students depending on their test scores.

  • COMEDK is used to determine entry to undergraduate programs.
  • The KMAT score is required for MBA and MCA admissions.
  • PGCET score card is required for M.Tech and M.Arch courses.

Only applicants from Karnataka who belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, or Other Backward Classes are eligible for academic exemptions.

The application form can be obtained from the college’s official website. Candidates shall apply the completed form, along with the application fee, to BMS Educational Trust, Bull Temple Lane, Bangalore.

Note: Entry to the Ph.D. program is determined by a candidate’s performance on the college’s Ph.D. Entrance Exam. The final decision is made on the basis of merit as well as the candidate’s performance in the qualifying degree.

BMS College of Engineering Placements

The College has its own Placement and Training Center, which allows students to take advantage of on-campus placement programs. Both pre-final year students receive pre-placement soft skills instruction from the Center in order to familiarise themselves with existing organizational standards. The center assists students in preparing for interviews and obtaining work of their choosing. The college had a good placement record for the 2018 batch. Amazon, Brita, Bosch, Daily Hunt, Informatica, Epicore, Wipro, Westline, Volvo, TCS, Hyundai, Jabong, Elance, among others were among the top recruiters. 2020 placements are also being finalized.
