Amrita School of Engineering was established by Mata Amritanandamayi Devi in 1994. The School conducts Amrita Engineering Entrance Program (AEEE) every year at one of its centers – Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore through offline or online (CBT) modes for admission in B.Tech courses.

  • One can also procure admission through JEE Main 2021 or Pearson UG Entrance Examination (PUEE).

B.Tech Admissions via JEE Main

In order to get admission in any of the Amrita Schools of Engineering in 2021, one can enter the best score obtained by them in any of the 4 sessions of JEE Main 2021.

Eligibility for B.Tech Program

  • Eligibility criteria for the entrance is a pass in 12th class from any of the recognized examination board with 55% or more separately along with in aggregate of not less than 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Math
  • For candidates seeking admission through Pearson UG Entrance Examination, the aggregate of minimum 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Math is required with a minimum 75% score in Math alone.
  • Selection criteria is based on the rank achieved in AEEE 2021 / JEE Main 2021, SAT or PUEE.

Answer – One doesn’t have to apply separately for AEEE having already applied for JEE.  One is authorized to use the same login credentials used at the time of JEE before selecting the AEEE mode in the step 2.

Q: Can one attend all the 3 sessions for AEEE for better results?

Answer – No. A candidate doesn’t have to appear for all the 3 sessions. In case, one appears for all the three sessions, the best score of all sessions will be considered for the ranking.
