All the colleges affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) primarily accept entrance-based or merit-based admissions. Aditya Engineering College is also one of them. The admissions to B.Tech programs are based on national-level entrance exams like JEE Main/ AP EAMCET. The admissions to MCA or MBA Programmes are through AP PGECET/ AP ICET.

Aditya Engineering College (AEC) in Andhra Pradesh is an autonomous institution approved by AICTE, affiliated to JNTUK, Accredited by NBA, NAAC with ‘A’ grade recognized by UGC under section 2(f) and 12(B) of UGC Act, 1956 which provides both UG and PG programs. The programs include B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, and Integrated MBA (IMBA).

AEC provides a list of courses to the students pursuing B.Tech, MBA, MCA. One can choose various branches available under the courses. The college also provides diploma courses. The list of the courses that AEC offers is as follows:

AEC B.Tech Admissions 2021

AEC East Godavari offers B.Tech programs in 9 specializations. The total intake capacity of B.Tech is 1080 students.

AEC B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

  • Intermediate graduates (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) as main subjects are eligible to apply for the B.Tech program.
  • Since the candidates have to appear in the accepted Entrance Exam, the eligibility for AP EAMCET is to be considered to apply for B.Tech at AEC.

AP EAMCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Before appearing for the exam, the candidates must check the eligibility criteria related to age limit, nationality, etc. that must be fulfilled in order to be eligible for the exams. If the applicant fails to meet the criteria, then he/she cannot appear in AP EAMCET 2021.

Criteria Eligibility
Nationality Candidates must be National Resident of India.
Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) cardholders.
State-wise Eligibility The candidate must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
Age Limit For engineering courses, minimum age of at least 16 years on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
For B.Tech Dairy Technology, B.Tech Agricultural Engineering, B.Tech Food Science & Technology, the minimum age limit is 17 years as of 31st December of the year of admission, and 22 years is the maximum age limit for the General category and 25 years for SC/ST.
Academic Qualification 12th from a recognized board or university.
Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or related vocational courses in the field of Engineering as an optional subject.
Passed in the final year of Engineering Diploma exam conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
Marks required Minimum 45% aggregate score in all subjects combined.
For reserved category, minimum 40% aggregate score in all subjects combined

 AEC B.Tech Selection Criteria

Admission to B.Tech in all the branches is based on the rank scored in AP EAMCET 2021. The candidates must have secured a rank equal to or above the rank mentioned by the college to take admission to that particular college. All the colleges release cut-offs category-wise on their official websites.

AEC M.Tech Admissions 2021

Aditya Engineering College offers a 2-year M.Tech degree to graduates from the B.Tech program.

AEC offers a 2 year MBA program and a 5 year Integrated MBA i.e. BBA+MBA program. The intake capacity of each course is 60 students. Admissions to both of the courses are entrance-based.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

Selection Criteria

Candidates must have a valid score in AP PGECET to get admission to MBA courses.

AEC MCA Admissions 2021

Aditya Engineering College offers a master’s program in Computer Application with a duration of 3 years. MCA course intake capacity is 60 students. Candidates with graduation can apply for MCA.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree (Mathematics compulsory) from a recognized University

Selection Criteria

Candidates must have a valid score in AP PGECET to get admission to MCA courses.

AEC PG Entrance Exam Details

Before appearing for the exam, the candidates must check the eligibility criteria related to age limit, nationality, etc which must be fulfilled in order to be eligible for the exams. If the applicant fails to meet the criteria, then he/she cannot appear in AP PGCET 2021.

After the completion of the counseling process, the cut-offs for AP PGECET 2021 will be released. After the declaration of the result, the candidates can check and download the AP PGECET 2021 cut-off list in PDF format from the official site. How to Apply for AEC?

To apply for all the courses at Aditya Engineering College, applicants will be required to apply for the Entrance Exam.

  • For B.Tech, candidates must appear in the AP EAMCET exam.
  • For M.Tech, MBA, and MCA, candidates must appear in the AP PGECET.
  • For Diploma courses, candidates must appear in the AP PolyCET.

  1. Candidates are required to visit the official website and click on ‘online application’ to start the process.
  2. The candidates are required to pay the application fee either by credit card/debit card/net banking. The amount of fee to be paid is mentioned on the portal.
  3. Check the application fee payment status.
  4. After successful payment, the candidates are required to fill in the details in the application form. Candidates are required to log in to the online application portal through their transaction ID/application number that was generated at the time of payment. Fill in the details that are asked like personal details, academic qualification, test center preference, etc.
  5. The application form will ask the candidates to upload the scanned copy of the required documents like passport size photograph, signature, etc.
  6. After the successful filling of details and uploading the documents, the candidates must check the details filled thoroughly. After checking the details, a print-out of the application form can be taken. The candidate should save this document also for further use.
  7. Note down the Registration ID for future reference.
