DIPSAR Admission 2021: UG, PG, PhD, Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Cutoff, Application Process

DIPSAR starts its candidate registration for the academic year 2021 starts from Jul 20, 2021. The admission process is completely merit-based. DIPSAR offers courses for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate as well. The institution conducts its own entrance exam and selects the students based on the cutoff they decide, students who attain the cutoff will be called for the counselling process.

  • Candidates who are looking for admission in any postgraduate course must attempt GPAT and the admission process is purely based on the GPAT score. GPAT results are published on March 19, 2021.
  • Candidates having cleared the exam and having a good score can apply online for the postgraduate at DIPSAR.
  • The PhD admission is done through an entrance exam conducted at the institution.

DIPSAR Delhi DPharm, BPharm Admissions Criteria 2021

The institution offers a Diploma and Bachelors’s in Pharmacy. The duration of the B.Pharm is 4 years. The duration of the D.Pharm is 2 years. The total intake of students in both B. Pharm and D.Pharm are 110 students which individually holds 50 and 60 students each.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Biology with 55% aggregate marks
  • Candidates should have completed or should the age of 17 years before the admissions or before December 31.
  • Candidates who apply for Lateral Entry must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy approved by AICTE/ Pharmacy Council of India/ State/ Central government with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.

Selection Criteria

  • Admission to D.Pharm and B.Pharm is completely based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ ST are entitled to a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying exam.
  • More than 10% of vacant seats will be reserved for lateral entry admission.

Cutoffs

  • The cutoff for B.Pharm was 94%.
  • The cutoff for D.Pharm was 89%.

DIPSAR Delhi MPharm Admissions Criteria 2021

DIPSAR offers six different specializations for M.Pharm Degree. The duration of M.Pharm is 2 years. There will be a qualifying round for all the candidates even though they possess a GPAT score. The qualifying exam conducted by the institution is mandatory for all the candidates. Some specializations offered by the program are

  • Admission to M.Pharm is based on the score in GPAT and the score he/she scored in the qualifying exam.
  • The merit score is calculated by taking 50% of the GPAT score and 50% of the score in the qualifying examination.
  • The merit list is prepared and admission is based on the merit score.
  • The vacant seats after counselling through GPAT will be filled by the NON-GPAT candidates by merit who are qualified in the qualifying examination.

DIPSAR PhD Admissions Criteria 2021

Candidates willing to get admission into PhD are supposed to attend a qualifying exam conducted by the institution. Students who have obtained a fellowship from any recognized institution are exempted from the entrance exam as per the UGC guideline.

PhD is offered only for the specialization of pharmacy.
