The university is inviting application for admissions in MBA for the academic session 2021-22. The commencement of the online submission of the form in the University School of Studies and Affiliated colleges will be on the basis of CAT 2020 Score/Merit. The results for CAT 2020 can be seen on the official website of the CAT. The submission of the online application form starts 06-Apr-21 and the last date for submission of the application form is 30-May-21.

The online registration is made mandatory for all the students seeking admission in MBA programme in order to take part in the admission counselling. The admission in MBA in the institute is done as per the guidelines of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and its admission procedure.

The seats remaining vacant after CAT counselling is filled on the basis of score in CMAT. The seats remaining vacant even after the CAT and CMAT merit counselling, the university fills the vacant seats on the basis of merit in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university.

The admission in the undergraduate courses BBA and BCom (H) is based on a Common Entrance Test (CET). The candidates seeking admission in these undergraduate courses must appear for CET which is basically a Computer Based Test (CBT). It is conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). The eligibility for applying in IPU CET 2021 is the candidate must be an Indian citizen and the age limit for UG Courses is 18-21 years and PG courses is 21-35 years.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must be a pass out of 10+2 / senior school certificate examination from CBSE with minimum 50% in aggregate with pass in five subjects (one language and four elective) / or any examination equivalent to that.
  • Pre-University Examination (Two years after ten years of schooling) of an Indian school / college, or
  • Any equivalent examination of an Indian University or board with pass in five written subjects
  • An examination conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (12 years), New Delhi with Pass in five written subjects.
  • An examination conducted by foreign university or board and recognised as equivalent to 10+2 CBSE examination/or Indian university
  • The age limit for the admission in the course is 21 years

Selection Criteria

  • Candidates are selected on the basis of merit in IPU CET 2021. The candidate must apply for this common entrance test conducted by the university.
  • The application form for IPU CET 2021 is released.
  • The results of IPU CET 2021 will be out in the first week of June 2021.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree from any recognised college/university with minimum 50% in aggregate, or
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or any other subject with minimum 50% in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, or
  • Must have cleared the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  • The age limit for taking admission in the course is 35 years

Selection Criteria

  • Candidates are selected on the basis of merit in CAT. The candidate must apply for Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by Indian Institutes of Management (IIM).
  • If the seats remain vacant on the basis of merit of CAT, the seats will be filled on the basis of scores in CMAT (Common Management Admission Test).
  • In case, the seats remain vacant after the CAT and CMAT counselling, the remaining seats are filled on the basis of score in CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by the university.
