National Institute of Fashion Technology – [NIFT], Kannur is one of the leading institutes established in 2008 in Kannur district, also referred to as the “crown of Kerala”. NIFT Kannur Scholarships

NIFT, Kannur provides 2 different scholarships to meritorious students belonging from either India or from outside of India. Both the scholarships are based on merit and provide financial assistance to students based on their parent’s income. The scholarships offered are as follows:

How to Avail Scholarships?

  • To avail of the scholarship, the students should not be eligible to take a loan from a bank (cannot provide collateral) and should fall under the above income category.
  • For undergraduate and postgraduate students, the scholarship would be available only for the 1st year, and to further continue with it, students will have to score a minimum average of 6.0 SGPA in the last consecutive semesters following which they will have to submit the application form with necessary documents at the beginning of the new semester.
  • To avail of the scholarship, students are advised to download the application form from the official website of NIFT and submit it with the necessary documents and signed undertaking.
