Mata Sundri College For Women was established in 1967 by the Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee. It is affiliated with Delhi University.

Mata Sundri College For Women is one of the pioneer institutes to introduce B.El.Ed course as an integrated professional degree program. In addition to this skill-based vocational programs are also offered.

It is accredited by NAAC and offers several UG and PG courses in various departments.
