JoSAA Counselling 2020: Round 3 Seat Allotment Result Released @josaa.nic.in

Many students are finally getting admissions to their dream engineering colleges. Those who have been on the waitlists might also get a seat with further rounds of JoSAA Counselling 2020. Candidates are being admitted to a course and college based on the ranks in JEE Main 2020.

JoSAA has already released the Round 1 and 2 results along with the opening and closing ranks of JoSAA Participating Institutes. Today on 26th October 2020, Round 3 results will be announced at 10 PM. Soon after the results, candidates will be required to follow three steps.

  1. Choose one of the options from Freeze, Float or Slide.
  2. Upload all the necessary documents for JoSAA Seat Allotment.
  3. Answer / respond queries posted by verifying officers during online verification.

This time, JoSAA is only conducting online verification as amid the COVID-19 pandemic, verification centres/colleges have been partially closed. Candidates who do not wish to take a seat, or want to exit from the counselling process, can also withdraw their seat or exit from the process.

JoSAA Counselling is part of JEE Main Counselling 2020, where candidates can take part in the process for admission to IITs (based on JEE Advanced) and NITs, IIITs, IIEST, GFTIs (based on JEE Main). Total of 110 colleges are taking part in counselling this year.
