In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to shorten the syllabus of CBSE 2021 by 30%. Both the Class 10 and Class 12 syllabus will now witness a syllabus reduction because of disruption caused by the pandemic.

As per the Ministry of Education – “It was decided that the NTA will come out with the syllabus for entrance examinations after assessment of the current situation of various boards”. As per sources, reduction in the syllabus may lessen the burden of the students as preparation is hampered due to COVID-19.

With COVID-19, the dynamics have changed drastically; hence, colleges and courses must bring up new changes to meet the demands of today and the future.
