JEE Advanced Dates Will Be Out Soon
As per sources, NTA and the Ministry of Education will review the COVID-19 situation before announcing the revised dates for both the sessions of JEE Main 2021. The Education Ministry is also expected to take a call on the exam dates for NEET 2021, CUCET and other exams by the end of June 2021. Less Number of Candidates This Year
Every year, over 9-10 lakh candidates appear for JEE Main while around 6 lakh candidates appear for the March session of JEE Main 2201. The number of JEE Main aspirants might increase this year as the JEE Main score has also been made compulsory for those seeking recruitment in the technical entry scheme of the Indian Army.
However, as the COVID-19 situation is getting better in the country, experts are saying that the entrance exams might be conducted in late July or early August 2021. But NTA has not hinted towards any date as of now. Sources have also informed that both sessions of JEE Main might be conducted within a gap of 20-25 days. Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website for all latest updates.
