Since the exam has concluded, students are eagerly waiting for JEE Main Paper Analysis. Here are the students’ reactions on JEE Main B.Arch and B.Planning Paper (April / September 2020)-
A candidate named Sanyam Gupta (18) said that he reached the exam centre driving his personal vehicle from Shahdara. He said, “I was a bit concerned about coming here. However, the safety protocols were followed and overall management was good. It is definitely uncomfortable to take a 3-hour exam wearing a mask and spectacles together.”
On the other hand, Shruti Mehra (17), took a cab from Naraina to the exam centre in Vivek Vihar. She said “I heard there was some Ola Uber driver’s strike in the morning. But I somehow managed to get a cab. I was really convinced about the safety measures taken by NTA at exam centres. Taking the exam amid the pandemic made me too anxious, but I am really happy that the exam is over now.”

Aditya Kumar from Bariatu said, “I have to drive my own personal vehicle. So travelling to the exam centre was not troublesome. Although, those who don’t have their own vehicle or scooter must have faced problems, majorly because of COVID-19, as public transport is very limited.”
He added “For me, career is much more crucial than COVID. I had a fear of infection due to the spread of the coronavirus. But, as soon as I entered the exam halls, I forgot those fears. I was fully prepared for the exam.”
Another candidate, Akash Singh from Gwalior said, “I was concerned about my own safety and the safety of my family amid COVID-19, like all my friends. Anyone who sneezed even slightly in the exam hall made us all scared.”
Smriti Sharma of Bhopal found the paper comparatively easier. However, the Maths section was tough according to her.
More, reactions will come out once the B.Tech paper is conducted from 2nd to 6th September. The number of candidates appearing for B.Tech/B.E paper is much more than B.Arch and B.Planning paper.
