The IIT Delhi in its latest notification released the qualifying JEE Advanced 2020 cut off through its information brochure. The final cut off will be released only prior to the declaration of JEE Advanced Result 2020. Candidates who clear the qualifying cut off will be listed in the common rank list.
- JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams are conducted for the admission in engineering courses, i.e, B.Tech. and B.E. courses in the premier institutes of the country. These include IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, and various state-level colleges.
- JEE Advanced Cutoff is released every year by IITs in the form of opening and closing ranks.
- JEE Advanced Cut off is the minimum marks required in JEE Advanced to get the chance for admission to an IIT.

- JoSAA handles the counselling process of JEE Advanced. It includes the seat allotment in various IITs and other institutes after the release of the cut off. Check official website of JoSAA – www.josaa.nic.in
- Most importantly, JoSAA releases the cut off for different categories, i.e. General, OBC, SC/ST. Likewise, the seat allotment is completely based on the All India Ranks (AIR). AIR is also released along with the results.

Updates on JEE Advanced 2020 Cut off
- The responsibility of conducting JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2020 is under NTA and IIT Delhi, respectively. So, the cut off will be released by IIT Delhi only.
- JEE Advanced 2020 cut off will be the minimum marks that are required to qualify.
- Cut off can be considered as JEE Advanced Eligibility Marks for counselling process.
