IIIT Sri City Placements cell has created a spectacular victory in its record of placing its students in different companies. In the past three years, the maximum salary package offered was 21 LPA. This year, more than 40 companies have visited the institute for placement as of today with the highest salary package offered is 43 LPA. The institute has its separate Department of Training and Placement.
- The institute was established in 2013 by MHRD.
- IIIT Sri City offers B.Tech courses in various departments through JEE Main.
- All the faculty members of the institute are PhD qualified.

Then the recruiter responds through mails and allocates a placement officer to coordinate with college authorities. After getting all the details, schedules are made for placement activities. - Students in the 3rd year are required to apply for mandatory summer internships.

Yes, it is compulsory for all students of the institute to stay on-campus. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls with all the essential amenities.
