Ans. As per AICTE rules, if the candidate withdraws the application before the starting of the program, the waitlisted candidates would be given admission against the vacant seat. In such a case the entire fee collected from the student, after a deduction of the processing fee of INR 1000, shall be refunded to the candidate. However, if a student withdraws from the program after commencement of the course and if the seat remains vacant and is not filled by another candidate, for whatever reason, only the refundable component of the fee shall be returned to the candidate.
