- SNAP scorecard
- PAN/ Aadhar/ Passport/ Driving License
- 10th, 12th, Graduation Marksheet and Passing Certificate
- PI, WAT Admit card
- AIU equivalence certificate for foreign degree holders
- Caste Certificate (if any)
- Work Experience Certificate (if any)
- Co-curricular or Extra Curricular Certificate (if any)
- 3 passport size photographs
