Ans: While filling in the application form, you need to upload scanned copies of following documents:
- Birth Certificate or Class X certificate as birth proof
- Original or Provisional Marksheet of Class XII (or equivalent) examination
- Category Certificate(if applicable)
- Disability Certificate(if applicable)
- Scribe Request Letter
- PIO Card / OCI Certificate
- DS certificate
- Gazette notification showing name change ( if the name is not the same as in Class X certificate)
- Scanned copies of photograph and signature.
