I have BCB certificate, but my OBC certificate is still not renewed, I have sent the request to the state government, If the results are declared in the meanwhile, what will happen if I did not receive my certificate, would I get a rank or not?

Yes, you will get a rank like general category students but, you would not be able to exercise the OBC benefits without the certificate.
