Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS) is a private teaching hospital established in 2001 with an aim to provide free medical care to the poorest of the poor with highly skilled medical, nursing, and paramedical professionals delivering care with love.

The Institute offers DNB specialization programs across six medical fields – Cardiology, Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS), Urology, Ophthalmology, Anaesthesiology, and Orthopaedics. It also offers specialization in various fellowship and UG programs in Nursing and Allied Sciences like B.Sc. Nursing, Anaesthesia, Cardiac Care Technology, Imaging Technology, etc.

  • For admissions into DNB programs, the candidate needs to clear CET conducted by the National Board of Examinations and fulfill the minimum eligibility required for the program.

SSSIHMS offers various UG-level courses in B.Sc Nursing and Allied Sciences. Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS) is currently inviting applications for the IACS Ph.D. Admissions 2021. Candidates who are eligible can apply for the admission through the official website. The last date for the Application submission for the Ph.D. admissions is 11 June, 2021. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their previous academic record and score secured in UGC – NET or equivalent national level exam. However, after getting shortlisted, candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance in the interview after clearing the written exam if any conducted by the institution. The interview will be conducted from 21 June, 2021 – 03 July, 2021 (tentative). Candidates may note that the exam date and time will be released soon by the authority on the official website.

Indian Association for the cultivation of Science (IACS) is a university recognized by the Union Grant Commission (UGC). IACS Ph.D. Programme – Autumn Semester 2021 is a full-time programme offered in the different schools of IACS. IACS Kolkata PhD Admission 2021

Candidates applying to the Ph.D. course will be admitted based on the following selection criteria and eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates belonging to the General category must have a minimum of 55% marks in their PG degree, while the SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ Differently-abled and other categorical candidates must have at least 50% marks in their PG degree.
  • The age of the candidate must be less than 28 years on the date of application. The relaxation in age criteria is applicable as per the Rule devised by the Government of India.
  • Any candidate applying for the programme should be an Indian citizen only.

Selection Criteria

  • Candidates will be shortlisted for the admission in the Ph.D. programme on the basis of the merit list, academic record, score in UGC-NET / UGC CSIR /JEST /GATE/INSPIRE or any equivalent national-level examination conducted by the Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions.
  • After getting shortlisted via email or any other mode, candidates will be invited for the written examination and the interview (depends on the school).
  • Depending on the written test and the interview, candidates will be considered for the selection in the programme.
  • However, the admission completely depends on the school and the number of vacant seats to which the candidates apply to.

IACS Integrated BSc-MSc Admission 2021

Candidates applying to the B.Sc.-M.Sc. course will be screened based on the following selection criteria and eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates belonging to the general category must have a minimum of 60% marks in their class 12. However, reserved candidates have a relaxation, who should have at least 55% marks in their class 12.
  • Candidates who are currently appearing for the class 12 exam can also apply for the admission.
  • Also, the applying candidate should be an Indian citizen only.

Selection Criteria

  • Candidates will have to appear for the UG Pre-Interview Screening test (UPST) exam.
  • After qualifying the UPST exam, candidates will be called for the interview round.
  • Candidates having good scores in the KVPY fellow / JEE Main or NEET exam will be directly called for the final interview. Such candidates don’t have to appear for the UPST exam.
  • Final selection depends on the interview performance.

IACS Kolkata Integrated MSc-PhD Admission 2021

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in their UG degree in Science or Engineering streams. However, candidates belonging to reserved category will be given a relaxation, who should have a minimum of 55% marks in their qualifying degree.
  • The candidate should have first division in their Class 10/12th.
  • Candidates who are in their last semester can also apply for the admission.

The admission to IIM Ranchi for Post Graduate Program (Leading to an MBA degree) will be based on CAT score performance 2020, Personal Interview, and the profile. The process of P.I. will be standard for all IIMs participating in the CAP 2021 process.
