There have been multiple requests to the Ministry of Human Resource Development and other authorities towards providing easier criteria for evaluation of students aspiring for admission to various engineering and medical colleges amidst the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak halting all the major examinations. JEE Main New Dates
Recently, NTA has re-opened the JEE Main July 2020 Session Applications, giving another opportunity to engineering aspirants to apply for JEE Main 2020. The application window has been reopened to provide a chance for those aspiring to study abroad but had to change plans due to the COVID-19 crisis all over the world. Although anyone who wants to apply for JEE Main 2020 can fill the JEE Main Application Form. The application window for JEE Main July 2020 was re-opened on May 19 and will close on May 24, with the resumption of the Correction Window from May 25 to May 31, 2020. JEE Main new exam dates will be from July 18 to 23, 2020.
“Will Consider JEE Main For Admissions”
Anil Kumar Sinha, BCECEB officer, said that the candidates who wish to take admission in engineering colleges of Bihar will be required to submit their forms by May 24 on the official BCECEB website. He said, “There are around 38 government engineering colleges and one private college in Vaishali District of Bihar. There are more than 10,000 seats in engineering colleges, for students who qualify JEE Main 2020.” On the state examination board conducting separate exams, he said, “BCECEB will not be conducting any exam this year for admission in engineering colleges of Bihar. Students will be allotted seats in various courses on the basis of their scores in JEE Main 2020 only. The application form for state admissions and counselling will be released soon after the JEE Main 2020 Results are announced.”
