UG Course Admission Process

Step 1: Visit the official website of TNEA.

Step 2: Complete your username, generating a username and password.

Step 3: Now, log in to the website applying the credentials.

Step 4: Click on the link of the online application form and fill it in with all the required details. Make sure, the details you enter are genuine.

Step 5: You need to fill the TFC as preferred, for the document verification process.

Step 6: Proceed with the payment tab and pay the required fee. The application fee is INR 500 for General candidates and INR 250 for reserved category candidates.

Step 7: Upon successful registration, you will get a PDF document through the Application Processing System of TNEA. You will need to take a printout of the same.

Step 8: Attach one recent passport size photograph of yours in the document as you will need to show it during the verification round.

Selection Process for UG Courses

  • After the announcement of the 12th board results, candidates need to apply themselves at the TNEA portal.
  • Candidates registering themselves, need to be physically present at the Facilitation Centers of TNEA. They should also bring their original documents with them.
  • Post verification process, will follow a merit list, listing the candidate’s rank in the exam, followed by 4 to 5 rounds of counseling.
  • Here, the candidates need to select the course they want to pursue at the BIT.
  • Based on the course choices, and the rankings, seat allotments will be done accordingly.
  • Students need to confirm this, by getting present at the college physically, and executing the further admission formalities.

PG Courses Admission Process

Step 1: Go to the official website of TANCET and click on the Registration link.

Step 2: Provide your mobile number, a KEY will be sent to the given number.

Step 3: Now, we need to log in using the registered email address, password, and TANCET Key.

Step 4: Go to the online application link and fill it out with the necessary details. Upload the documents required after scanning those correctly.

Step 5: Proceed with the payment tab and make the payment. The application fee for General candidates is INR 600 and for reserved category candidates it is INR 300. Payment can be done using Net Banking, Credit, or Debit Cards.

Step 6: Click on the submit button, and the application process is completed. You must take a printout of the application form after submission.
