AIIMS Nagpur is one of the prestigious medical colleges. It offers MBBS at the UG level with new ideas to meet up the requirements of healthcare in the country.

  • Being an all India medical college admission to AIIMS Nagpur is mandatory through NEET UG.
  • Those candidates who appear on the merit list will be able to take admission to AIIMS Nagpur.
  • The MBBS course is completed in 4 and a half years with an additional 1 year of internship for every student.

AIIMS Nagpur MBBS Admission Criteria 2021

AIIMS Nagpur imparts education in the field of Medical Sciences at the undergraduate level. It is a full-time degree that aims to make students professional in this field so that they can serve the nation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must have to pass their 10+2 board examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCM) from any recognised board.
  • There is a relaxation in marks (10+2 board examination) for reserved category 60% for general (UR), 50% for SC ST and 45% for PWBD.
  • Applicants must be 17 years old to take part in this process.
  • To take admission candidates must have to clear the NEET UG exam.

Selection Criteria

  • The applicants who are willing to take admission in AIIMS, Nagpur must have to clear NEET UG which has been conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).
  • Applicants who appear in the cut-off merit list are eligible for the counselling procedure.

AIIMS Nagpur MD/MS Admission Criteria 2021 

AIIMS Nagpur also offers MD as postgraduation in various specialisations. For each stream, there are only 4 seats and hence there are a total of 32 seats in PG.

The MD/MS courses are offered in the following specializations:

Eligibility Criteria

  • It is required that the Candidates opting for a PG course must have secured plausible marks in their MBBS degree.
  • Candidates have to secure 50% marks in their MBBS degree to take admission in the PG course.

Selection Criteria

  • Admission in PG course is through merit-based i.e marks obtained an MBBS degree.
  • Other than that admission is also through marks obtained in NEET PG or INI-CET.
